7 Healthy and light spring recipes!

So, believe it or not spring is once again round the corner! (claps and whoops). To get you all in that spring feeling I've popped together a list of healthy and light spring time inspired recipes that I love. Here yah go:



1. Goats cheese and beetroot salad with walnuts, If you don't like walnuts we sometimes replace them with toasted sunflower seeds.

5. Protein porridge with stewed rhubarb. The recipe link is just for stewed rhubarb but just make your porridge as normal, add in a scoop of protein powder, and as much stewed rhubarb as you want. aprettylifeinthesuburbs.com/easy-stewed-rhubarb

6. Fajitas with pickled radishes. This one is the same as above. Follow your fav fajita or taco recipe and add these pickled radishes for extra flavour. I was seriously sceptical about this one but I'm converted! cookieandkate.com/spicy-quick-pickled-radishes
