At Adele Gavin Personal Training we want everyone to build strength and feel good. For some that involves losing weight, for others it's about building up their core and pelvic floor health or getting back into fitness after having a baby. Adele works with people to improve their fitness, help them lose weight, and improve their muscle tone. She also works specifically with post-partum women that want to get fit after having a baby whether that means increasing strength and fitness so they have enough energy to keep up with the little ones, improving posture, or increasing their pelvic floor strength.
